Political Prisoners Prevented from Visiting Their Other Imprisoned Family Members

Some of the political prisoners of Rajaei Shahr prison whose wives or other family members are also imprisoned, because of obligatory prison uniform and appearing with handcuffs and shackles, refused to have prisoner visits
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), 5 political prisoners of Rajaei Shahr prison of Karaj, refused to visit their family members who are also imprisoned, due to the obligatory prison uniform, handcuffs and shackles on October 25.
Detailed information about these prisoners are following:
Political prisoner Hasan Sadeghi and his wife Fatemeh Mosanna
Political prisoner Reza Akbari Monfared and his sister Maryam Akbari Monfared
Political prisoners Adel and Shamim Naeimi (father and son) and Elham Farahani (Adel’s wife and Shamim’s mother)
Political prisoner Payman Kooshkbaghi and his wife Azita Rafizadeh
A close source to these prisoners told HRANA, “Mohammad Mardani, head of Rajaei Shahr prison came stated that according to prosecutor’s order all of the prisoners had to wear prison uniform during their transfer. This was along with threatening and harassing the prisoners”.
