Gonabadi Dervish, Nosrat Tabasi, Sentenced To 5 Years Imprisonment By Tehran Revolutionary Court

     Gonabadi dervish , Mr.Nosrat Tabasi, was sentenced to six months imprisonment and four years and six months of suspended jail term by Tehran's Revolutionary Court.

According to Majzooban reporter, Nosrat Tabasi, was sentenced to six months imprisonment and four years and six months of suspended jail term on charge of "gathering and colluding to disturb national security" in Branch 26 of Tehran's Revolutionary Court presided by Judge PirAbbasi.   Nosrat Tabasi, was arrested along with  15 dervishes's lawyers and personnels of Majzooban Noor website ( Nematollah Gonabadi Order News Site) on Shahrivar last year (September 2011) in Tehran and was held in solitary confinement and interrogated in Evin prison's security section for more than 1 month.   Also, another Gonabadi dervish, Ali Reza Roushan, has been sentenced to one year imprisonment and four years of suspended jail term on charge of " conspiracy to disturb the social and national security" (Article 610 of Islamic Penal Code) in Branch 26 of Tehran's Revolutionary Court presided by Judge PirAbbasi on last Tir (July).   It is important to say that unfortunately the court date of seven Gonabadi dervishes ( Messrs. Hamid Reza Moradi Sarvestani, Amir Eslami, Mostafa Daneshjou, Farshid Yadollahi, Afshin Karampour, Omid Behroozi and Reza Entesari ), who have been arrested and held in wards 209 and 350 of Evin prison from last Shahrivar (September), is unclear yet.   They have been held for more than one year in jail but up to now no trial has been held for judicial proceeding about their accusables and cases.
