Greetings,

This is a request from some of the liberals and it needs to be considered immediately since it is for helping some men and women who have been exposed to worst villainy for months.
We, as a large group of cultural and civil activists of Iran, and based on authentic and credible proofs, documents and news, announce that the suppressions of cultural Al-Qaeda of Iran has been reached to an acute and criminal point.

In this critical situation that some writers and cultural people of Iran are in serious danger and they are subject to murder, we ask your help and support immediately.   
Many various and credible reports signify that physical and mental health condition of some cultural activists including Mr.Peyman Fattahi (the leader of El-Yasin Community), Mr. Morteza Rasoolian (a high-ranking member of El-Yasin Community), Mr. Aliyar Nickfarman (a key member of Thinkers and Researchers Professional Club), Ms. Nazi Hesami ( the manager of Yahoo Publishing and the chief editor of The Arts of Living Magazine) and Mrs. Mitra Haji Najafi ( the manager of Taalime Hagh publishing and Hamim publishing) is in danger in 209 ward of Evin prison in Iran and the possibility of irrecoverable and  Silent Crimes is really high at any moment.
 

 
According to shocking news, which we have received from credible foreign medias[1] and also according to published reports by International Remission Organization, the Foreign Ministry of USA, European Union and Human Rights Organizations and Institutions, Mr. Peyman Fattahi has been deprived of all his rights including the right of receiving medical treatments during the past 100 days that he has been imprisoned for the second time.
Regarding Mr. Fattahi’s suffering from severe blood poisoning caused by suspicious injections in his first imprisonment, which lasted for six months in solitary confinement in 2007, and based on medical examination that show he desperately needs medical care, his condition is very much worrisome; especially because of the high possibility of suspicious injections being repeated again.
This worry has been aggravated by some shocking events happened in last two years for instance when Mr.Peyaman Fattahi (Master Iliya) was arrested and imprisoned for the first time, his brother (Mr. Ramin Fattahi) was also arrested but after a short time was released due to critical health condition, which was caused by torture, but passed away suspiciously shortly after he was released.
On the other hand, in one of the sessions in which Mr. Peyman Fattahi was summoned, on October 20, 2008, the agents of DARRM (Department Against Religions and Religious Minorities) rushed in the interrogation room and hit him severely with punching and kicking and using baton and nightstick and electric baton in a very barbaric way. The assault and battery caused systemic bleeding and Mr. Peyman Fattahi was hospitalized.
These happenings which were accompanied by repeated threatens from the security service interrogators that there is the possibility of physical harm or even assassination for Mr. Peyman Fattahi by the Unknown Agents[2] has caused a lot of worry for his family and students.    
In addition, Ms. Nazi Hesami has been hospitalized due to critical health in a hospital out of the prison, as the prison guards said, but there is no news about her condition and the place she is in. her critical health condition is caused by her hunger strike and also her nervous and physical weakness.
There were also pieces of news about severe physical tortures of Mr. Morteza Rasoulian to force him make false confessions.
Unfortunately after the spread of the news, neither their families nor their lawyers were permitted to visit them.
The current situation of these people is unknown and the possibility of the deterioration of their condition is really high.
Iran is a member of the international civil and political rights convention. According to article 7 of this convention, no one should subject to tortures and relentless inhumane or offensive treats. But during last two years the Religions Circle of the Intelligence Service in Iran, called DARRM (Department Against Religions and Religious Minorities), in a clear recalcitrance toward the General Assembly of United Nations, European Union and international human rights organizations is constantly violating Human Right Laws in a planed and widespread way[3].
Prohibition to visit family, mental and physical tortures during interrogations, long inquisition sessions with high pressures, blindfolding, long solitary confinement, using family as a pressure lever and also prohibition of the lawyer to visit the prisoners or to be informed about their file, are all the inhumane used methods of DARRM against Mr. Peyman Fattahi and other imprisoned members of El-Yasin.
Mr. Peyman Fattahi’s small children (one and four years old) are now suffering psychiatric disorders because of the tension that has been build up for them, as admitted by a children psychiatrist.  
Temporary arrest of Mrs. Shabab Hesami, Mr. Peyman Fattahi’s wife, which was used by DARRM as a pressure lever against her husband and her sister that are both imprisoned.
And all of these inhumane measures are done for inquisition.
Unfortunately not showing any reactions and not being responsive by the official authorities and the media’s has intensified the problem and has opened an arena to take criminal and inhumane measures by Secret Security Service.
It is clear that international official authorities’ silence and ignorance raises the possibility of repeating cases like Zahra Kazemi, Baniyaghoub, Heshmatsaran and Mirsayafi’s and not supporting the victims of such crimes by international official authorities will worsen the situations of liberals and intellectuals and will nullify their attempts to realize their rights in Iran and will stop or slow civil movements to reach liberty.
We, as members of one of the largest cultural communities in Iran and Middle East, ask you to support us for following requests:
 
Immediate release of the prisoners since no proofs has been offered to show that they are guilty despite they have been interrogated for months and their houses were inspected and were bugged and were listened constantly.      
Medical care for Mr. peyman Fattahi out of prison and by a board of reliable doctors
And under supervision of competent organizations and lawyers
Specifying where Ms. Nazi Hesami’s is hospitalized and her status and obtaining the permission for her lawyer and her family to visit her (as an immediate and necessary measure)
Giving the right of visit and telephone family to the prisoners
Giving the right of having a lawyer and visiting him
Bringing the case in a competent court and showing the admissible evidences and having the right of just and aboveboard trial in an open court
 
  We rely on your commitment and respect to human rights and we hope that you support us with your international credit to limit and stop human rights violation and inquisition in Iran.
At the end, we ask you, respected authorities, again for your immediate and effective supports and we are looking forward to hearing your immediate measures.

A brief review of the impacts on EL-Yasin
 
 
To inform you more we provided you a brief review of the impacts on EL-Yasin.
When the new government formed four years ago and simultaneously with the commencement of impacts with civil activists and thinking movements, the plan to demolish and eliminate EL-Yasin Community started as well. So the puzzle of demolition jobs, propaganda and attacks to this community which has about two hundred thousand members and specially the leader of the community, Master Eliya(Peyman Fattahi) started.
A security department in Iran was charged with the duty of suppressing different schools of thoughts called “Religions Department of Intelligence Service”[4] which was an amalgamation between four judicial, cultural, security and religious organs and the decision maker of the mentioned organ was a council including high-ranking clerics.
 
With the start of the suppressions since two years ago, some of the key members and activists of El-Yasin, which is a cultural-spiritual community, were also the victims of this ghastly plan. Mr. Peyman Fattahi, the leader of the community, and Ms. Nazi Hesami, Mrs. Shabab Hesami, Mrs. Mitra Haji Najafi, Mr. Morteza Rasoolian and Mr. Aliyar Nikfarman were all the victims of inquisition and it is more than 650 days that they are under pressure by the mentioned department of Intelligence Service in Iran.
It is months that MS. Nazi Hesami, Mrs. Mitra HajiNajafi, Mr. Peyman Fattahi,  Mr. Morteza Rasoolian and Mr. Aliyar Nikfarman are in solitary confinement in Evin Prison and Mrs. Shabab Hesami, Mr. Peyman Fattahi’s wife, was hospitalized due to the mental pressure.
All the arrests and imprisonments were without legal judicial permission and were more like kidnapping and hostage taking with barbaric invasion to houses, gun shooting and assault and battery, according to witnesses.
The mentioned people were deprived of the most basic legal rights during two months of imprisonment in solitary confinement in 209 ward of evin prison.
It is worth saying that other members of El-Yasin community were also under constant pressure during summons sessions in Intelligence Service hidden offices, and by threats and house investigations and being watched and chased.
 
Before the start of the combats and suppressions the mentioned people were active in cultural affairs. Only a brief list of activities and remarkable reputation of the mentioned people are as followes:
Publishing more than 70 worthwhile books, preparing and publishing more than 150 remarkable articles, directing and consulting about 200 research projects, training many writers and researchers, establishing and management of four publishing companies successfully, editing and writing in more than 10 specialized journals, holding various cultural conventions and exhibitions during 12 years.  
 
The plan to do demolition jobs against activists of the fields of writing and culture started with stopping their activities, revoking the licenses of publications and publishing houses in a beyond law way and without providing reasons or holding any court sessions, confiscating and prohibiting to distribute the written works and not giving the permission to hold cultural exhibitions and courses.
Before arrests and to put mental pressure on the members of community, one of the common measures of the DARRM interrogators was using security services methods like bugging the houses, chasing, repeated summons to hidden offices unofficially, threatening to reveal private affairs of people like films from bathrooms and bedrooms.
The pressure has been increased during imprisonment and is also used against other members of El-Yasin Community.
 
All this time, no answer was provided to El-Yasin Community about the reason of disagreements and attacks against Master Eliya and his students except for ambiguous answers of authorities and making accusations such as heresy (innovation in religion), conspiracy against Islamic Government, Permutation of religion by trying to bond Islam, Judaism and Christianity, and other common allegations used in such cases like sacrilege, advertising against current system and acting against national security.
Despite many accusations no proofs or witness has been provided by DARRM until now. But it is clear that in fact his charge is opposing violent Islam, opposing violent religion and cultural Al-Qaeda, advertising spiritual freedom and free spirituality, opposing rigid and solidifying interpretations of religion.

[2] Unknown Agents are some of the agents of the Intelligence Service of Iran who dress like common people and do not wear uniforms and usually fulfill the orders of Intelligence Service indirectly. Common people are terribly afraid of such agents. These agents are also called the Unknown Agents of Imam Zaman by Intelligence Service of Iran.
