Iranian-American pastor sentenced to eight years imprisonment

.   HRANA News Agency – Saied Abedini, Iranian-American citizen sentenced to eight years imprisonment by branch 26 of Tehran revolutionary court.

According to a report by Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), this christian prisoner on charge of establishing home church, sentenced to eight years imprisonment by judge Pir Abbasi.His trial took place on January 20th of 2013 in branch 26 of revolutionary court. Saied Abedini has arrested in september 2013 after his return to Iran, on charge of establishing home church and acting against national security.

This christian prisoner has transferred to public ward No.3 of the first hall of Evin prison since yesterday, Saturday 26th of January and has the right to have visitor from tomorrow.
