Evin prison officials torturing political prisoner by depriving necessary medicine

Officials in Tehran’s notorious Evin Prison are torturing a political prisoner by depriving her of necessary medication, the Hrana website reported.

  Reports from Evin Prison indicate Zahra Mansouri, 60, a relative of Ashraf residents who has recently undergone surgery, must take specific medication to avert conniption.   However, Evin Prison officials are not providing her with these necessary medicines. This is while physicians have forecasted another conniption for this ill political prisoner as very dangerous.
