Saman Nasim (Na'im), from Marivan who has been arrested in 2011,
was sentenced to death by Mahabad's revolutionary court.
According to a report by Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Saman Nasim was arrested in July 2011 near Iran's border in Western Azerbaijan province by security forces. His charge is Moharebeh (Enmity against God) via being a member of anti-regime groups. Nasim (Na'im) was sentenced to death by the branch one of Mahabad's revolutionary court.
