Court session of Gonabadi dervish, Kasra Nouri, resident of Shiraz was held in Branch 15 of Shiraz's Revolutionary Court on .
According to Majzooban reporter, Branch 3 of Shiraz's Revolutionary Court, presided over by Judge "Mr.Rashidi" and with the presence of defender lawyer, "Mr. Fariborz Yadollahi", tried Gonabadi dervish, Kasra Nouri on the charges of "interviews with foreign media","Propaganda against the regime", "insulting the leadership", "membership of deviant group: Majzooban!" and "expose national secrets", after keeping him in Adel Abad prison for more than seven months in undecided situation. Due to the long process of trial, the hearing was postponed. It is notable that, number of Gonabadi dervishes to express solidarity with this Prisoner of Conscience gathered in front of the Revolutionary Court in Shiraz too. Our reporter added that, the previous date of his court sessions which has been set on 19th Shahrivar ( Sept 09 ), was postponed due to the absence of the judge. It is important to say that, he has been held in the unit of dangerous criminals (murderers, rapists, etc) in Adel Abad prison more than seven months "as a temporary detention" although according to the law, "temporary detention" for more than two months is illegal! The report states that, the transfer of this dervish and "Prisoner of Conscience" have been with the shackles and handcuffs while in accordance with the regulations of the prison the use of handcuffs and shackles for Prisoner of Conscience is absolutely illegal. This illegal act is repeated while families of jailed dervishes (who have been held in Shiraz Adel Abad prison), had a meeting with "Mr.Mousa Ahmadi", the Director general of the Central Prison in Shiraz and they objected to such illegal acts and also Mr Mousa Ahmadi, in response, promised to follow-up the status of prisoners but unfortunately the law was not ovserved to this Gonabadi darvish
