The crises following the torture and murder of Iranian blogger Sattar Beheshti continues to haunt the mullahs’ regime, the state-run Fars news agency reported.
A member of Iran’s Majlis (parliament) admitted to the arbitrary detention of Beheshti in the mullahs’ illegal detention centers. “FATA agents held the suspect under FATA supervision for one night without judicial orders. This detention was completely illegal,” Mehdi Davadgari said. “Despite the judge’s order to transfer the suspect to another facility, FATA agents interrogated the suspect in Evin Prison and transferred him once again to a FATA detention center,” he added.
