Continued Pressure On Gonabadi Dervishes In Kavar, Attempting To Arrest A Dervish

0000003.jpg  Today morning, security forces raided the house of Gonabadi dervish, Mehdi Ghanbari to arrest him.

According to Majzooban reporter, today morning, on 20th Shahrivar 1391 (Sep 10 2012) eight plain-clothes officers who were armed with firearms, without a legal warrant, attacked the house of Mr. Mehdi Ghanbari by insulting and creating terror for the family and attempted to arrest him but they failed, because he was not at home.   Hours after plain-clothes brutally attacked the house of this Gonabadi dervish, his family went to the police station in the city to ask about the cause of this such collision, pressure and sudden rush homes of Gonabadi dervishes.   But Police officials disavowed and told that, this such acts is directly under the Intelligence Ministry.   It should be noted that, his family had previously said to Majzooban Noor website about "chasing the family" and "suspicious phone call" before the attack on their home.   Over the past several months, other Gonabadi dervishes in Kavar has reported that they have been threatened Like this too.   The wave of arrests and attack by Basiji and plain-clothes still continues and there is still massive pressure on Gonabadi dervishes in Kavar, a town in Fars Province even after more than one year of Kavar events and during this period, dozens of dervishes have been arrested in Kavar and their homes were illegally searched.
