According to the latest news about Keyvan Fattahi ( Peyman Fattahi’s brother), the appeal court of Tehran has increased his confinement to 26 months. Keyvan Fattahi is been arrested on May 2007 and has been kept in 209 security ward of Evin Prison under tremendous amount of physical and psychological tortures. Now he is bailed out of the jail temporarily by 300 million Toman bond (300000 USD).
The reason of all these pressures was making him to confess against his brother Peyman Fattahi known as Master Elia(s).
Keyvan Fattahi has been ordered to jail in accusation of "acting against national security", "propaganda against the government", and "having illegitimate relationship with other countries against his home land". It is been told that the main reason of arresting him was only to create more pressure against his brother (Master Elias) to destroy his reputation and popularity.
