Greetings,
The Union for Human Rights and International Affairs of El-Yasin (UHRIAE), as official representative of El-Yasin Community in Iran, by this letter requests you, respected dignitary, for immediate consideration to Mr. Peyman Fattahi, the leader of El-Yasin, and some other senior members of this Community. The mentioned people are now at infamous 209 security ward of Evin prison in a very bad inimical condition.
This Union also announces that the cultural and spiritual Community of EL-Yasin and specially its leader have been the victims of widespread human rights violation during the three years. At the moment because of critical health condition caused by intensive tortures and poisonous unknown injections, Mr. Peyman Fattahi’s life is in serious danger.

We, as a large group of cultural and civil activists of Iran, and based on authentic and credible proofs, documents and news, announce that the suppressions of cultural Al-Qaeda of Iran has been reached to an acute and criminal point.
In this critical situation that some writers and cultural people of Iran are in serious danger and they are subject to murder, we ask your help and support immediately.
Many various and credible reports signify that physical and mental health condition of some cultural activists including Mr.Peyman Fattahi (the leader of El-Yasin Community), Mr. Morteza Rasoolian (a high-ranking member of El-Yasin Community), Mr. Aliyar Nickfarman (a key member of Thinkers and Researchers Professional Club), Ms. Nazi Hesami ( the manager of Yahoo Publishing and the chief editor of The Arts of Living Magazine) and Mrs. Mitra Haji Najafi ( the manager of Taalime Hagh publishing and Hamim publishing) is in danger in 209 ward of Evin prison in Iran and the possibility of irrecoverable and Silent Crimes is really high at any moment.

My name is Peyman Fattahi in birth certificate but people know me as Elias (Iliya) Ramollah. It is the name I know myself, too. I have been under the most dreadful strange tortures in 209 section of Evin prison and I was asked constantly to deny my past and all my activities and achievements to rescue my students, my wife and my family from death and severe tortures in prison. They asked me to write confessions about my purposes, my morality, and my financial affairs based on what the interrogators dictated to me. |

Dear respected Mr. Ban ki-moon,
We are a group of members of El-Yasin, the greatest NGO in Middle East with about 200,000 members in IRAN and out of IRAN, which work to reach the spiritual liberty in society. El-Yasin NGO was established in 1996 and since then it has been working officially without any political activity since we are not a political group or party.The leader of El-Yasin NGO, Master ILIYA, from the very first activities has had many public speech sessions. The axis of his speech turned around thinking and dynamic spirituality and little by little till 2005, the number of his eager audiences grows up in a way that even the biggest stadiums in Tehran were not big enough for hosting this vast number of people.

Summer 2008
We are Moslems and consider ourselves more of Moslems than the officials working at Religions Department. Our parents are Moslems too.. However, we used to be Moslems only in our birth certificates. Not only we but thousands of youngsters of this nation were in the same boat before they met their mentor, Iliya M. His puissant and enlightening speech reinforced with his influential and timeless teachings reunited us with The Quran; introduced divinity into our lives; familiarized us and thousands of forlorn youngsters with the core of Islam and the truth of The Quran. He taught us to think; he trained us to investigate and to speak. He vested in us a new identity of pure submission and servitude to God. He freed us from darkness and corruption; brought the name of God to our lips and set light into our souls. Thousands are ready to testify on each and every word of this announcement. We testify with our body and soul; with our life; we testify in the world herein and hereafter; that he saved us all from extinction; that of darkness; that of emptiness and that of facelessness. He gave us new life. It is over three years now that media attacks on his character have been escalating. Religions Department has long been trying to convince us that he is a dangerous; infidel and corrupted person; our friends are regularly summoned and intimidated; and pressurized to go around telling others the same disparaging stories about Iliya. |

The world hails righteous governors and rulers
After many years of pressure and intimidation, on May 27, 2007 Master Fattahi better known as Eliya M. was arrested by the obscure "Department Against Religions and Religious Minorities" (DARRM) . He was sent to security ward 209 of the infamous Evin prison. Afraid from his followers support, the security officials were at loss to decide on jailing him. According to DARRM statement, Eliya M. was finally arrested by decision of high ranking religious officials
DARRM is an unknown organization rooted in many cultural organizations and government and non-government offices who counter against unconventional opinions. The recent measures by DARRM shows that they are some wage-earners to hide themselves under the cover of legal and legitimate department with accepted standards (all claiming to be defenders of Islam) and have generated inhumane atrocities

About twenty years ago we started to work officially with the aim of boosting up theology and Self-knowledge on the axes of god-tendency and boosting public faith and spirituality.
We witnessed the going up contempt of spirituality among young people and even older generation and on the other hand we witnessed the unfruitful attempts of us and our other colleagues. Therefore we decided to change our way in advertising religious and spiritual concepts. After studying and searching a lot in a wild-ranging extensive way in modern psychology, psycho analogy, linguistics, international spiritual literature and different ways of mind and language planning, using young teachers and lecturers who had new view points, led to obvious changes in results. We spoke with different people with their own languages, the way we talked to people about religious realities and spirituality was in harmony with the dominant language of their class. They could easily understand us; therefore, they followed our speech sessions enthusiastically. |
